The Point S Training Academy is the all-inclusive training program for Point S members and their teams. It is built to develop real skills, improve confidence, and create consistency on the shop floor and at the counter.

This program supports owners, managers, service writers, and technicians with practical training they can apply immediately.

The Training Academy is a structured, ongoing education program focused on the skills that directly impact daily performance in the shop and at the counter.

It is available to all Point S members and their staff and is included as part of Point S’s commitment to building stronger teams and more consistent operations.

WHAT THE TRAINING ACADEMY IS

The 2026 curriculum is designed to support both new hires and experienced team members by focusing on the skills that matter most in real store environments.

Topics include:

  • Tire construction fundamentals that improve product understanding

  • Shop safety and best practices that protect teams and customers

  • TPMS systems and diagnostics to reduce mistakes and increase confidence

  • Branded tire sales techniques that support better conversations

  • Counter communication that builds trust and increases close rates

Every session is designed to be practical, clear, and immediately useful.

HOW IT WORKS

Training is delivered in a format that fits the pace of a working shop.

  • Semi-monthly live sessions

  • One hour per class

  • Fully remote attendance

  • Every session recorded and archived

  • Open to all Point S owners and staff

Teams can attend live or access recordings when schedules allow.
