Every program follows a structured journey, but the plan is fully tailored to your market, your team, and your goals.
The Journey
1. Owner Questionnaire and Store Snapshot
You complete a Master Shop questionnaire, provide your org chart, and share key financial and inventory information. This forms the foundation for your personalized plan.
2. Strategy Review and Goal Setting
Tony meets with you to review store performance, identify opportunities, and clarify expectations. Together, you define realistic — and measurable — targets for profit improvement.
3. Pre-Work and Market Review
Before the visit, Tony reviews your pricing, competitive landscape, digital presence, and market conditions to ensure in-store time is focused on high-impact actions.
4. In-Store BOOTS ON THE GROUND
Tony spends four to five days working side-by-side with you and your team. You’ll have morning and evening debriefs, training sessions, process development, role alignment, and hands-on work in all major operating areas.
5. Ongoing Follow-Up and Accountability
After the visit, you’ll have weekly collaboration and monthly one-on-ones to track progress, adjust plans, and maintain accountability against the goals you set.
Timeline
Total Program Length: 14 months
First 2 Months: Implementation and in-store coaching
Following 12 Months: Performance tracking, monthly reviews, and measurable results
